1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to https://dash.terraflow.app/.
2. Enter your email and password, then click Login. You will be redirected to a home page that lists previous reports.
3. If this is your first time logging in, the home page will be mostly blank. Create a project by clicking New Project in the top right corner and entering a name like “My First Project”.
4. To log out or change your password, click your email address in the top right corner. This will take you to the User Account page.

Forgot password?

1. Click the Forgot password? button.
2. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Email. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to that address from [email protected].
3. Fill out the Reset Password form.
   • New Password: Your new password.
   • Confirm Password: Re-enter your new password.
   • OTP: The 6-digit code sent to your email.
4. Click Reset Password. The page will return to the Login page and display a “Password set successfully” confirmation.
5. Re-enter your email and password, then click Login.

Troubleshooting

If you don’t receive a OTP, check the following.

• Address is entered correctly.
• Address matches the one your account administrator used to sign you up.
• Verification email didn’t go to spam or get blocked by your company’s network.

If you still can’t log in, email [email protected] to manually reset your password.
